UK Express Delivery £3.99
Deliveries will be made within 3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) after you place your order. Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an e mail which informs you that the order has left us. Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 3pm and a signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you on what action to take to receive your order.


UK Next Day Delivery £5.99
If you order by 3pm Mon - Fri, you will receive your goods the next day. If you order after 3pm on a Friday and before midday on Sunday then your goods will be delivered on the Monday. Any order after 12pm on Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any impending ones when you order! Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an e mail which informs you that the order has left us. Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 3pm and a signature will be required on receipt. You can order anytime of your choice of day, up to 7 days in advance (excluding Sunday). We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any impending ones when you order! Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 3pm and a signature will be required on receipt. Same Day Delivery £9.99
Place your order within the time frames below and it can be delivered the same day. Unfortunately this service is not available on a Bank Holiday. A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery, the goods will be sent back to the warehouse and you will receive a refund, minus the delivery fee. Delivery restrictions apply. Currently this service is only available to certain postcodes. Please use the postcode lookup to find out if we can deliver to you today. Weekday: midnight - 12:00pm | Saturday: midnight - 11:00am | Sunday: midnight - 11:00am Same Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, and ZE1-3.

Premium Next Day Delivery £9.99
Place your order until midnight, seven days a week, and we'll deliver it to you next day. Unfortunately this service is not available on a Bank Holiday. A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery, the goods will be sent back to the warehouse and you will receive a refund, minus the delivery fee. Delivery restrictions apply. Ireland Delivery £7.95
Deliveries will be made within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) after you place your order. Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an e mail which informs you that the order has left us. Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 3pm and a signature will be required on receipt. Ireland Nominated & Next Delivery £9.95
Order cut off time for this service is 2pm daily Monday to Saturday. Delivery will be by Nightline and you will be able to track your order via the details sent to you in the email upon despatch of your parcel. Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 3pm and a signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you on what action to take to receive your order. Please accept our apologies, but we are unable to accept returns from Ireland to our stores. You must return by post to the address specified on the delivery note.

Europe Delivery £7.99
Deliveries will be made within 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) after you place your order. Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an e mail which informs you that the order has left us. A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you on what action to take to receive your order. Returns must be sent by post to the address specified on the delivery note with the correct labels attached & proof of posting is required to complete the transaction. We deliver to: France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, Turkey & Greece.

Refund Policy

What should I do if I no longer want the goods I ordered?
If, on receiving your order, you decide you do not wish to keep the goods, you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 14 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. On receipt of the returned item, and in accordance with our refund policy, we will refund the payment card the price paid for the item. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been actioned and your card credited. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details. Any items returned outside of the 14 day period unfortunately cannot be accepted. Be sure to keep proof of postage each time for a full refund.

What should i do if I have receieved the wrong item, or the item is faulty?
In either event, please return the relevant item to us for a full refund. On receipt of the returned item, we will refund the payment card the price paid for the item. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details.

What should i do if you have not sent me one of the items I ordered?
In this event, please contact our customer service team from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) at customerservices@bastyan.co.uk or on 0845 899 3339

What is the procedure for returning an item to Bastyan by post?
Post the item back to us using the freepost label that came with your parcel. Please ensure you complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel. Be sure to get proof of postage to obtain a full refund. N.B. Returns to Southern Ireland are chargeable.

Returns to Stores
Please accept our apologies, but we are unable to accept returns from website sales to our concession stores. You must return by post to the address specified on the delivery note. Please ensure you complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel. Please ensure you request a Proof of Posting Certificate when posting the items back to us as without it we will be unable to offer a full refund.
